Abstract review process and presentation

All submitted abstracts will be screened by expert reviewers. Failure to comply with instructions may be liable for rejection.

Based on the topic, merit and decision of the reviewers, an abstract may be selected for oral or poster presentation. The committee reserves the right for selection of abstracts for oral or poster presentation. Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent by email to the submitting author within 4 weeks of submission.

For all accepted abstracts, the details of oral presentation (PowerPoint presentation) and poster presentation (poster size, format, style and layout etc.) can be downloaded here.

Only the submitting author will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance. It is the submitting author’s responsibility to notify all other authors the outcome of the committee’s decision.

The presenting author must register in order to present the abstract in the conference. Registration may be done before the deadline. No abstracts would be entertained from participants who choose to do spot registration.
