Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, morning and evening coffee/refreshments, lunch, Putrajaya Dining Cruise (gala dinner) , printed final program and handouts.

Participants registering as student should send documentary evidence from the head of the institution/ department as a proof. This evidence may be e-mailed while submitting the abstract.

The associate delegate fee is RM450/USD225 per person.

Participants from outside Malaysia are required to register as overseas delegate and pay at USD rate. All overseas delegates with affiliation to institutes situated outside Malaysia fall under foreign delegate category and have to pay in USD. Please do not use local Malaysian rate unless your affiliated institution falls within Malaysia. Please check with your bank for any amount deducted through intermediate bank transfer. The organising committee reserves the right to realize the deficit amount deducted through intermediate bank transfer.

Payment and registration policy

Registration and submission of abstract must be made using the on-line registration system.

Participants are required to register prior to submitting an abstract.  Acceptance or rejection of abstract shall be notified within 2-3 weeks of submission. Participation in the conference and publication of abstract may be confirmed once the registration fees are paid.

Participants are required to upload payment slip/receipt from bank or proof of payment through the on-line registration section. Confirmation of participation will be sent by email once payment is confirmed.

Cancellation policy

Any request for cancellation of registration must be made by sending a formal notice to the secretariat office by e-mail before 15th March 2017. A 50% cancellation charge will be levied if cancellation is made after 15th March 2017. No refund of fees will be given if cancellation is made on/after 1st April 2017.
